Hi folks - I'm trying to find a good time to work out at Gold's where I won't have to wait for weights.

I know mornings and afternoons/evenings before dinner are bad, but what about lunch time??

I typically arrive daily between 10AM and 11AM and am there for 2 hours or so. I usually spend 45 minutes in the cardio area before going to the back. The AM crowd thins out around 10:30AM. I usually dont have any issue with waiting for weights or resistance equipment at that time.

When college kids are home, lunch time is a bit busier, but I agree with the above poster. I typically go somewhere between 11:00 and 1:00 and find that to be the best time. Occasionally all of the benches in the back room are taken, but I'll go use the leg press or lat pull down or something, and by the time I'm done a bench has opened up.

I get there right at 0400 when the entire gym opens. Doesn't start to get crowded until around 0530....
