Does anyone have any recommendations for hardwood floor refinishing and installation? Dustless would be preferred. Thanks for your help!

There is no such thing as dustless hardwood floor refinishing.
    PTB, Inc., Tony Snedgen, 703-349-3529.
Use them for carpet/tile installation and will use them for hardwood floor refinishing when we do it.

We used a dustless hardwood refinishing company a few months ago. And true to form, absolutely zero dust, no harsh chemical smell & floors were dry with 4 hours. Highly recommend dustless refinishing.

We obtained two quotes from Mr. Dustless & Annandale Floors. We ended up going with Annandale Floors (it was more expensive) because they have been in business a lot longer, they aren't a franchise & they were recommended by a couple of our friends. Here is a link to Annandale Dustless FAQ. Hope the info is helpful.

It was less than $1.15 per sqf. This included replacing 18 plus planks of our existing flooring (and matching the color). Service included: Deep cleaning, stripping and bonding sealer. They left us a ph-balanced cleaner.

I looked into the Magnus Anderson dustless system too. But I wasn't overly impressed (and in general I'm personally not a fan of Anderson Flooring).
