    The primary responsibility of the Willowsford Hospitality Team Member is to provide a pleasant, welcoming, and supportive presence for community residents. This is a part-time position, with primarily evening and weekend hours. Coverage is needed for Ashburn and Aldie locations, must be available to work a rotating schedule at both sites.

    Job duties include assisting homeowners with information and registration, maintaining facilities (reporting maintenance issues, straightening rooms, removing trash etc.), opening/closing buildings, Providing excellent service for rentals before, during and after the event including clean up, setup/breakdown (to include moving tables, chairs, etc.), and other duties as assigned.

    $16-$18/hour

    • Excellent customer service
    • Ability to lift 25 lbs.
