In Preparation for the Upcoming Storm

- When is VDOT going to plow my street?
- I can't believe how bad some people drive in this weather!
- My neighbor never shovels their sidewalk. It is the LAW and I have to walk my dog in the street!
- When are the paths going to be cleared? I need to walk my dog.
- I can't believe the people who shovel the snow INTO the street!
- Don't people know they should clean off their car, that is a driving hazard!
- VDOT sure did a 1/2 arse job on our street!
- The HOA is a joke! My street (most likely VDOT controlled ) has not been plowed at all!
- Called VDOT, they said they won't get to our street until late April

Any others?

 

- Neighborhood kids never try to make money shoveling anymore.
- The plow piled all the snow from the street on the sidewalk that I just spent 2 hours shoveling.

 

- Bonefish refuses to deliver! Do they really expect me to DRIVE in this stuff???

 

Most jobs should close if the roads are bad!

 

Good point...if any of them are on Welby and want to make $20/hr there is money to be made

I sure hope we aren't paying the plow operators by the HOUR!! If we are, we are getting ripped off b/c they have plowed my street over 30 times now and the pavement is starting to come off!!

Please, I hope it's a flat rate contract we have!!

 

They were up at the top of Ridgeway at 6am, before school ever cancelled. So this one is already squashed ;-).
