I live in Southern Walk in one of the one car townhomes built in 2005. One of our master bathroom tiles broke and I cannot find out the manufacturer nor do I have any extra. They are the larger floor tiles in a light tan-beige marbled color with a somewhat curvy edge (not totally straight lines). We are not the orignal owners so I'm not sure who to ask about the company who made them. Should you know or if you have an extra tile you would consider selling me I would be eternally grateful!

    Thanks! :)

You could try calling Van Metre (the builder) at 703-723-2818. Even though you are not the original buyer they should be able to lookup what brand and color tile was installed based on your address and tell you where you can get it. (Ask them for the color of caulk too.) Flooring was a custom item so that reduces the chances that a neighbor would have the same tile that you have.

We're in one of the large M&S townhomes. I'm not sure if it is the same but the tile in our bathroom was made by aparici. TAC Tile was the subcontractor but I'm not sure if all the townhouses have the same tile; our floor tile has straight edges and you said yours is curvy.

    Good luck,
    Richard
