    Around 5:30 PM Friday evening:

To the Black SUV taking a left turn onto Claude Moore Avenue from the Mooreview Pkwy, you are a real asshat. You COULDN'T even wait until I finished crossing/passing (taking a left onto Mooreview from Wynridge Drive) the intersection?? You nearly T-Boned me because you were too impatient to wait for anyone to finish passing the intersection. Do you realize STOP means STOP and WAIT for the person to finish exiting the intersection BEFORE proceeding to enter the intersection? Its people like you who have NO respect for others except yourself. Yes, you are pretty selfish and have no consideration for other's safety. Thus, you are an ASSHAT for disregarding the Stop sign. Maybe you should retake the driving school courses and remedial english classes if you cannot for the life of yourself understand what the word "STOP" means!

Don't think it is the law to wait for a car to exit the intersection before proceeding. Ex: You are Wynridge and going straight across towards Ryan, I am on Mooreview and want to turn right onto Wynridge... why should I wait for you to get through the intersection before I turn right?

I was in the MIDDLE of the intersection when He went ahead and proceeded to nearly hit me broadside. For the record, I called the police and they said that the other driver is required to wait UNTIL I had CLEARED the middle of the intersection. He said that if he was there, he would have ticketed othr driver for failing to allow the one in the MIDDLE of the intersection to clear the *middle* of the intersection. Hope you understand that...

If you are on Mooreview turning right onto Wynridge and Im turning left onto Mooreview or going straight....fine but I was taking a left onto Mooreview from Wynridge...and was In the MIDDLE of the intersection when he didnt want to wait before I cleared the MIDDLE of the intersection before he was going LEFT onto Claude Moore Ave. He nearly T-Boned me, ok? Police said I had right of way first since I was already in the MIDDLE of the intersection and wasn't finished before he can go. The exmple you gave doesnt require you to stop because you arent crossing my path!

You called the police because someone ALMOST hit you doing 5-10 MPH at a 4-way stop?
You have them on speed dial?
    YMMV

I like the fact that the story was repeated in two posts seven minutes apart.

Duh...he didn't stop at the stop sign when I was in the middle of the intersection. FWIW, he went right through the stop sign! How fast did you think he was going when you yourself are at home in your armchair playing cop?

So I guess you advocate anarchy at intersections. Im sure if that happened to you, you'd be getting out of the car yelling your head off at the other driver. Guess is people like you who don't learn that there are other drivers out here who don't give a crap about stop signs or speed limits. Don't you recall that a few yrs ago, someone didn't stop at the stop sign and got T-boned and the minivan flipped over? Guess not and you probably don't care.

For the record, I called this AM to find out who was in the right and wrong here--not last night and I don't make calls while driving like a lot of other buffoons do. Ok?

Why don't you call the cops yourself and see what the law is when this situation happens? Better yet, since you like to be an armchair cop, why don't you move your favorite couch or lazy-boy chair to the nearest intersection and direct traffic yourself? smh

By the way, if you have forgotten what the rules of the road and/or what the signs mean and how they are applied....here is the DMV's PDF manual for you and the rule is there. Find out where it is yourself since you are capable of reading it. If not, go to the nearest Sherriff's office and they'll explain it to you very well.

Well, Im done responding to trolls like yourself. Have a nice day. Going to do other things instead of responding to armchair cops like yourself. IF you get T-Boned by an asshat one day at that intersection, don't remind me to tell you "I told you so".

Knowing you very well, Im sure you want to have the last word...so go ahead and make yourself feel good by having the last word for all I care because I really don't care anymore. Really.

    Have a nice bleary day....

People drive badly and I'm sure you're not a PERFECT driver either. You can't control anyone else but yourself. Obviously he was aware enough not to hit you, or else he would have hit you. Be thankful you were able to make it home safely. You expressed your rant and seem to be upset because everyone doesn't agree with you. If you don't want public opinion, don't post on a public forum.
