    One like this:

Large enought for a 12 pound cat who needs to be retrained as to what a litter box is. I'll need it for about a month.

Willing to trade one Mean Kamikazie (drink - not old pilot).

I've heard of trying that kind of training for cats in that situation. Is the cat especially old? As in, is it difficult for her to get to the litter box up/down stairs? You also can try the Feelaway plug in things to try to calm her if she's upset about something (the new dog?). In the end what worked for us was that the cat causing the trouble wanted the litter box cleaned more frequently than I wanted to clean it. Now that I clean it every day the problem has stopped for the most part. If I forget a day I do find little gifts, though.

I don't have a crate to loan you but you might be able to do the same thing by keeping the cat in a room with a closed door. Good luck!

I have a LARGE Dog Taxi that you can borrow - you are more than welcome to come by tomorrow (after 4PM, I have another MRI on my neck) and see if it will work for you.

We have a "black Lab" sized cage we are currently not using. Would that be too big?

Villager - no she's not old and is very spry. Ever since Joey (the other cat) came back from the Vets she's become a little :censored:. SHe and the puppy get along fine - they're playmates. "Feelaway"? Where dos one get such a thing?

Pea - a taxi is too confining. I need something large enough for a litter box & bedding.

Ozgood - sounds like a winner. When can I come by and have a look?

We have a bottle of "Feliway" spray from Comfort Zone if you would like it. We got it for our cat (she passed away 20months ago) when she stopped using her litter box one day. We were never consistent with it so I can't tell you if it works but if you are interested in trying it the bottle is yours. It's a little expired but it might be worth a try.

We were having a problem with our cats finding the box for a while and the vet recommended "Cat Attract" - you can get it from Whole Pet by the old Giant. Worked wonders for us.

    Good luck.

We've tried that too. It has some of the same pheromone stuff in it that Feliway does. I think Wegmans carries it also.

We don't have it yet. Left messages yesterday but they had told us they'd be out on and off. Still need one!
