Anyone have feedback about either of these places for their basketball programs for 4 to 6 year olds? I am hoping to sign my child up for the fall. Neither place knows yet who the coach will be for the class. Are there any coaches you recommend at either facility? Any to stay away from?

I really believe that with kids classes, whether it's b-ball or swimming or music or what have you, it really comes down to the teacher and how they engage the kids in class. If you have any feedback in particular about how a coach/teacher helped to engage your child who was reluctant/got frustrated or whatever, that would be helpful. My son really wants to play basketball but I know him, he may get shy and not want to go to the class or will go but be hesitant to participate.

    thanks in advance!

We don't have experience with the basketball classes, but did enroll our son in the soccer classes at Dulles Sportsplex. There was no consistency with coaches. He would get used to one coach one day, and have another coach the next time. We did this a few times and then we gave up as our son didn't want to go anymore. I recall another person on this thread offering a similar experience. Basketball may be different, but for soccer, we wasted our money at Dulles Sportsplex.
