Ya i really would like some more people to participate possibally making posters a week before and posting them around.

 

sry i couldnt come, my computer blue screened (BSOD) with a "session3_initilization_error". I googled it and no one had an answer to it, all they said was to do a clean install, so i spent the rest of the day reinstalling XP, and the 200 somthing updates. But bad luck struck that day when my dvd player stopped working, but ordered a new one. So havnt been able to install any games except steam games. But I think we should do Day of Defeat Source for the next lan, are the same people who host it gunna do another one or do new people have to host it? but i wanted to come to the cod 2 lan, how was it?

That's not nice. Should be more inclusive.

 

The more platforms you try and do, the more complex and confusing things tend to get. Sticking it to PC games keeps it pretty simple. Plus, both of the people who run the event do not have an xbox and don't intend to buy one (at least I don't).

 

Speaking of xboxes...did anyone try to get in on that sham of a deal Amazon had on Thanksgiving? 1000 units for $100...killed their system for about 15 minutes and was sold out in ~30sec.

 

Is there going to be a Winter LAN party?

No winter gaming party, no. We're still looking for someone to join the tech committee and take over running the gaming events actually. Right now our time is short and tied up in other things.

 

i assume that the member that has to join the tech comm. has to be of adult age ?

 

Does anyone play Star Craft or War Craft III?

My computer can at least handle these games...haha lol

Yes to both I guess, although I don't see where a problem would be if someone joined the events committee and ran gaming parties.
