Need Advice Lawyer for standard will

    The kids are both 18 so the will needs to be updated - any recommendations of local attorney who is inexpensive yet thorough?

    Also, having gone through the estate thing as an executor - any recommendations on a good accountant who understands estates and Virginia law?

    He's based out of his home office in Sterling. Been with him for going on 10 years now.

    As for the will, even though their title is for mortgage stuff, we use him for our wills - Steve Stockman Title & Escrow in Countryside (http://stockman.server101.com/index.htm)

    +1 on Steve Stockman Title & Escrow. For a more complex estate I know my father is a multi decade client of Holland & Knight and speaks very highly of their services.
