so I decided to give this new company a try and was very pleased with the service! They did a great job cleaning. I'll definitely use them again... one might say that Moriclean Passed with Flying Colors!

Just a general question for all cleaning services. Are you home when they clean or do you give them a key/alarm code? Just really freaks me out to have someone in the house when I'm not here, although that doesn't mean something can't happen while I'm here. Never really looked into it (although we need it!) because I couldn't get past someone having full access to the house.

I've tried contacting Moriclean without any success. I've been waiting over a week now for a response.

We've used OceanBreeze for years now without complaint. Teresa has been great to work with, has been extremely responsive to any off-beat or last-minute requests, and we've been very pleased with the quality of service.

To PDILLM's question as to giving the service provider a key or garage door code. We've provided the service with a key, which initially gave me a bit of heartburn... but we've encountered no issues at all. Not saying that it couldn't pose a problem at some point, you need to assess your own comfort level with it. I have the opportunity to work from home if/when the need arises, so I'll pop in on occassion to mix it up a bit. I will say, given a mulligan, I'd probably have given them a garage door code - that's a lot easier and cheaper to reset than a front-door lock replacement.

I think they've taken a break from the cleaning company, but I'll shoot an email over to confirm.

I was contacted nearly at the same time I posted the above and had my first cleaning today. I love them. They are fantastic! Super professional, very reasonably priced and also super nice.
