I have a friend who needs a limo service to transport about 8 girls for a birthday party. Does anyone have any recommendations (preferably that don't cost an arm and a leg)?

You could have her try Chariots for Hire, they are based in Sterling I believe, so perhaps if the transport is local it wouldn't cost as much as a competitor based further away. When I compared their rates to say Reston Limousine, they definately had a better price, but I was not looking at a limo.

I've heard horrible things about Chariots for Hire. Try Reston Limo. I think they are all going to charge an arm and a leg given gas prices.
