FEDEX or UPS? I received a UPS package today for a Robert Sutton, that had my address, but the wrong name.....any chance it's yours?

I don't know about anyone else, but I find it very confusing with the 20148 zip code covering Ashburn, Brambleton and Broadlands. A co-worker of mine was having major problems with wedding gifts being delivered correctly. She lives in Brambleton and UPS and Fed Ex claimed they there was no such street in Ashburn and ended up sending the wedding gifts back to the store as undeliverable. I recently got a new credit card and when I called to activiate it, the person asked my address and he said, Brambleton pops up, not Broadlands or Ashburn. Try explaining that.....

Many companies use the USPS system which automatically 'corrects' information.

When they started making Broadlands a real destination 'city' for addresses, many times it would be auto-corrected to 'Ashburn'.

But just yesterday, when putting in 'Ashburn' it got autocorrected to 'Broadlands'

It should not matter for street locations and delivery... but where it does get confusing is when people try to cross reference information - they only see a city name, not knowing the equivalence of them.

It's very confusing.......I know they go by the zip code but for Fed Ex and UPS - they're confused. My magazines come to my house and they all say Brambleton...
