    Hi Broadlanders- I've actually lived in Broadlands for a while, I've just never had a reason to post on the forums....until now. I'm starting my search for a 2 or 3 bedroom TH. I won't need to move in until the spring/early summer.
    If you are thinking about renting your TH this spring/summer, please PM me. I have great references, I work locally and I'm a responsible tenant.
