I am looking for someone who will be willing to watch a newborn in my home 4 days a week. The days would be Monday through Thursday, from about 8:00 or 8:15a.m. -2:45 p.m. The baby will be born in January (early most likely), and I work in my home running a small daycare preschool, so I would be downstairs the entire time (basement level). There would be no housework involved, simply caring for the baby. I am open to having a mom with her own small child come, and I am also open to job sharing, with someone taking mornings, and someone afternoons, or alternating days, or whatever the need be.
Because I am state licensed for daycare, I would need the sitter to have a TB screening done, as well as fill out paperwork for CPS registry check and criminal record check, which is required for any adult in the home under state daycare guidelines. I have all the forms necessary for that.
Salary is negotiable. Please contact me through the private messages if interested in the job! This might be a great job for a college student who has later classes- the baby will sleep a lot at first and you can study while he/she sleeps. :)
