The luxury suite is within Ocean Beach Club Hotel, a 19 floors, FIVE STAR resort right on the beach(http://www.vboceanbeachclub.com, built in 2005).
It's located at the north end of the beach, next to the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Check out the website, you will know you want to spend your time there! This is our timeshare that we can't use this year. In the past, a few Broadlands residents rented from us.

GREAT PRICE:
The official hotel rate for a One bedroom suite is ~$260/per night for the same week, equivalent to $1820/week plus TAX.
My Offering: $950 for the whole week or $160/per night (06/04 to 06/06) or $120/per night (06/07 to 06/10, 06/11 can only be a check out date)

Details of the suite:
One bedroom, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with pullout sofa bed.
Maximum sleeping capacity: 4 adults. Jacuzzi Tub in master bath. Baby cribs can be provided at no cost upon request. Plasma TV in living room, high speed Internet access (with surcharge).
