    The paint color for the mailbox posts:
    You can purchase the paint at Lowes.
    Exterior 100% Acrylic
    Flat House Paint
    Valspar

    New to the neighborhood, so thought I'd ask....are we supposed to re-paint the posts each Fall?...or are you just posting paint colors in case we wanted to do it?

    Just listing the paint color in case you wanted to repaint your mailbox post.
    I found the color of the existing mail post and thought I'd share the info. :)

    Thought I’d bring this info to the forefront since spring will be here soon.
    Home Depot (stated by rlab) should also have the color if you ask them.

    Each section in Broadlands has a different paint color and the one posted here may not be for every one, therefore, please contact the HOA office at 703-729-9704 for clarification.
