Give it a go, the food is authentic, the menu extensive, delivery is quick and the food is delicious. Not your average take-out that's for sure. They also do dine in! Our new go to place! Situated in the old Thai Basil unit in Broadlands Village Center.

Just curious, but how busy were they? It seems strange to me that they would put in a Thai place where a previous Thai place had failed.

One other person, at the time I was there (a week night). For a second I thought most food places don't seem to last up there, but on the other hand Starbucks kept that location over Southern Walk and I understand they are pretty good at researching the locations.

Maybe if they push the delivery it might help, I don't think there is a ton of competition for delivered Thai food.

They need to do a little more marketing IMO, perhaps a discount flyer or coupon just to ramp up their awareness, and then they should be golden.

A website with their menu and a number for delivery/takeout would help. I was looking for their website yesterday so I could get something delivered and couldn't find it :(

Nice one! Their menu is also available in a rack outside the entrance, you can pick one up even even they are closed.

The link I provided at the top of the page has their phone number and reviews: http://www.yelp.com/biz/mali-thai-cuisine-ashburn.
