I went there last Sunday for breakfast. Really good and friendly service. Their lunch and dinner menu looks interesting. I can't wait to try it.

My wife and I ordered some food to go for dinner a couple of nights ago......sadly they do not deliver yet. We received the food quickly. It was hot, generously portioned for the price and delicious.

We've been to Mezza three times...

Breakfast the day they opened was delicious. We've been needing a simple bacon and eggs breakfast place.

Dinner to-go after the gym was great Gyros. The portion was quite generous and they were happy to adapt the menu a bit for us (salad instead of fries).

Dinner there for Doner Kabob was quite good - but different than we expected. When we lived in Turkey, doner was served on soft pita bread with a plain yogurt and tomato sauce on the side. Mezza serves it on what looks like deep fried pita - crunchy...which was strange. But they brought me a soft pita the minute I asked for it. AND they said to order it that way the next time and they would be happy to sub it in.

Their tzaziki (sic) yougurt is quite yummy....and the salad is fresh, cold and light.

The follow up service is still slightly spotty, but that's because their new and working out the kinks.

    We'll keep going....

Just went there last night. Great food and very attentive service. Will go back.
The meat is the highlight for me (chicken, beef, etc), it was cooked perfectly and was exceptionally seasoned.
This will be my new Kabob place.

Went there on Sunday for lunch (they either opened Saturday or Sunday) and the food was very good with an interesting menu. Took about an hour and 20 minutes total as the food was a bit slow to get to us and the waiter made a couple of mistakes on the bill. We did not mind the wait as we are patient with the new restaurants as they work out the kinks. Friendly service and nice atmosphere for a small strip mall restaurant.

We had dinner last nite and I have to say it was very good. We started with the Yogurt salad with pita and it was delicious. My husband got a salad with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, and feta. Also very good. I got a meat dish and my husband got a chicken dish - generous portions and seasoned just right. Waitstaff was very attentive. Almost too attentive - and that was the only downside. There didn't seem to be very many patrons despite the fact it was a Friday night, and the owners and waitstaff did everything by wring their hands. They stood around staring at the few patrons that were there -- I guess eager to please them and also hoping more people would come in. They didn't seem to know what to do with themselves. I guess once business picks up, this will change. Other than that, I would definitely recommend Mezza for the excellent food.

If the only complaint is that waitstaff is TOO attentive, I'm thinking that's a good thing!

I have to say that while I found the wait staff very nice and the overall feel of the place nice as well, I was disappointed in the food. It looked good, it smelled good, I ordered it to go and it came fast BUT it was overall pretty dull and bland. I am a big fan of this type of food. One of my favorite restaurants is LEBANESE TAVERNA and I was sooo excited to see this place open. The manager is super nice but I really felt the food was just okay. I want to like this place - I really, really do but the food alas for me, was dull and bland. I had the Chicken Shawarma and Tabohleh salad (bad spelling) and not impressed. Child had the chicken shawarma and did not like it. I think it was too bland for her too. I also ordered the Falaful and it too very grainy and tasted like mix out of a box. Just my two cents.

Went there last night for dinner. After eating half of the dinner and fully enjoying it my husband cut into a piece of chicken kabob to share with my son and found that it was raw on the inside. The waitress apologized and took the dinner off the bill. If we go back we'll definitely check to see if the meat is cooked properly first...

Went tonight. Had the gyro and falafel. Both were good. Well seasoned. Falafel was a little dry, but we will definitely be back.

    thepea2001--

We concur that Turkish coffees are great from Mezza Grill. Recently we traveled to New York area and had dinner at a Turkish restaurant and enjoyed coffee. I asked where we could order directly from coffee purveyor and owner gave me several web sources. So here they are--we tried the sources and recommend them highly.

turkishcorner.com (Turkish coffee products and other Turkish food items.)

tasteofturkey.com (Taste of Turkey has premium coffees from Turkey and other gourmet items.)

tulumba.com (Tuluma is a MEGASTORE for ALL Turkish foods, coffees, and other Turkish items.)

Also, other resource for gourmet items:

gourmetsleuth.com (Gourmet Sleuth allows you to query on ALL types of products.) We use quite frequently.

    Enjoy--

    Foodie
