Lost Misplaced/Lost Recycle Bin on Welby Terrace

    Dear Neighbors,

    On December 22 (Thursday), during the trash collection, my recycle bin was misplaced by the collection crew. I haven't been able to locate it since then. If you happen to have it, please let me know (phone # 703. 623. 6903.) Otherwise Patriot Recycling will charge me $50 for a new one.
