You can really torque on this dummy's limbs, which otherwise could seriously injure your training partner when practicing Ju-Jitsu or other submission-related disciplines. You can also wail on it's face and body with full force using punches, kicks, knees and elbows - great to relieve stress or practicing self-defense!

 

Technology has come a long way - and with the recent explosion of the MMA sport, this takes it a step beyond a heavy-bag.
