I received this last Christmas as a present, but due to injury have been unable to use it and it is just taking up space in my basement. It is in perfect condition, no rips or tears, barely broken in.

Thanks - I should have included a link, but these are pretty popular in the MMA world. You can really torque on this dummy's limbs, which otherwise could seriously injure your training partner when practicing Ju-Jitsu or other submission-related disciplines. You can also wail on it's face and body with full force using punches, kicks, knees and elbows - great to relieve stress or practicing self-defense!

This would have been great when I was taking Judo back in my college days!

Technology has come a long way - and with the recent explosion of the MMA sport, this takes it a step beyond a heavy-bag. You can use it standing for Muay-thai clinches with knees, Judo hip-tosses, or "ground and pound". Practice leg locks, arm locks, chokes and other submissions. You don't need a partner when you have this guy, that's for sure.

Yeah - left it open for ya, didnt I! I guess some of the single and lonely women here could always lay this guy in bed to snuggle with - or stand him next to a window for added security! Might be a bit too "firm" for a blow-up doll tho ;)

Our dog Bella might like it as a chew toy! She seems to go through pretty much everything else we get her. I don't think Marianne will sign-off on a $150 dog toy. :)

(resisting temptation to make comments about whether it comes with "international features) gritting teeth.
