Need Help! Nanny Needed

Hello. I am fairly new to the area and am in need of childcare. I'm looking for an attendant to employ under the EDCD waiver for the care of my almost 6 year old son who is autistic. I have decided to go with a consumer directed facilitator instead of an agency, so I am responsible for finding my own employee. My son is eligible for up to 25 hours a week. I thought about checking on care.com but wanted to post in this group in case anyone might have someone they could suggest that would be experienced and interested in working a few hours a day.
