We currently have a wonderful nanny, who our kids absolutely adore. She and her husband are moving out of town because his position is being relocated.

We are looking to fill her position when she leaves.

In a nutshell, we are a very laid back, fun family with a great sense of humor. We have moved around quite a bit, and our kids have learned to roll with the punches. We are fairly new to the east coast, but plan on making it home.

Our kids are polite (most of the time!), social, energetic, smart, and very silly. They are each very different from one another, yet they are all best friends.

Our oldest is a tom-boy who could care less about learning her spelling words because she doesn't see how it helps to improve her softball swing. She is friends with everyone... knows all the kids in our neighborhood, and is very independent.

Our 4 year old is already reading, writing, counting, and loves to do puzzles and art projects. She is eager to please and would be happy spending her life dressing up in princess outfits and snuggling. She randomly tells me things like, 'I just love everyone!'.

Our only boy, who will find a way to make a sport out of anything, loves playing basketball with the laundry basket and frequently goes on pretend missions to rescue pretend pets to help them find their mommies and daddies. He also loves puzzles, but would spend the rest of his life with a bat and ball, if he could. He has a very sweet side and loves snuggles. He tells me that I am his best friend every night at bedtime and that when he grows up and is big, he will take care of me when I am small.

Our baby can hang with the big kids. She is sure she is one of them. She is smart and sweet and loves to give her big brother kisses. She loves to color and is terrified of the door bell. She travels up and down stairs independently and tickles her tummy on demand. She has little blond curls and loves to run around in a diaper, leg warmers, and a hat.

We need a nanny who is trustworthy, responsible, patient, and dependable. My husband and I both have careers where our attendance is critical. We will be requesting a background check and multiple references from anyone we consider.

If we sound like a family that you are interested in working with, tell me more about yourself and we can go from there.

    Thank you for your time!
