    Tax - Administrative Assistant Administrative Assistant wanted for Tax Season (January-April) for busy CPA FirmPrefer someone with some office experience, including computers.
    Duties include
    - Answering phones and coordinate with new clients,
    - scheduling appointments,
    - Setting up tax packages and assisting the CPA and Tax Preparers.
    - Provide administrative support to tax professionals
    - File Maintenance- Scanning & Archiving tax documents
    - Marketing- Place online Advertisment and find develop marketing strategy.
    Required Competences:
    • Good oral and written communication skills
    • Highly organized and good planner
    • Efficient in time management
    • Able to work under pressure and able to meet deadlines
    • Maintain office ethics and confidentiality
    • Stress management
    • Telephone manner
    • Computer skills
    • Team worker
    • Ability to perform well without close supervision
