Need Deck Cleaned and Sealed

    Can anyone recommend someone to clean and seal a deck on a townhouse? Thanks!

    We've used Bryant's Power Washing several times and have always been happy with their service and price. They just power washed and sealed our 12X20 deck for $350 (25% repeat customer discount)

    Was the seal done with a sprayer or by hand with a brush and roller?

    We chose a sealer that was able to be done with the sprayer. It would have cost a bit more to be done by hand. We get our deck done by them every two years and have been happy with the quality of the "spray on".

    We used H2O Powerwashing, very professional and reasonably priced.

    DO NOT use Dominion Powerwash. They pulled a bait n' switch on me, agreeing to seal our play yard and deck rails (clearly stated on our estimate), then refusing to do so. We finally got them to do the play yard, but it two weeks of convincing. I'm sure others may have had good experiences, but in my opnion, the owner is not trustworthy. I'm sure there are better options in the area.

    looks like they have proven you right- i am hereby rescinding ANY recommendation I have EVER made for Dominion. don't ask for details...:censored:

    Wow...sounds like they did something that made you angry enough to rescind your recommendations on them. I'll be sure to avoid them. Thanks for the heads up.

    vincenzo came by and gave an estimate today, probably going to go with them (dominion). he's a good guy, really liked him.

    ...didn't realize how $$ it would be to have a deck and fence cleaned...but doing it myself isn't very appealing

    Make sure anything you expect from him is EXPLICITLY documented in your estimate. As you've seen from this thread, he is not trustworthy.

    Who did you end up using SchwarzFamily? We have a Trex deck and the wood needs to be done by hand on the railings and also want our playset done too.
