    Hello!

We've recently moved to the area and have 4 children. Could you please tell me where I can locate a hard copy or online version of the Broadlands Resident Directory? Having it handy would definitely make arranging play dates easier!!! Many thanks, Lynne

There is no "public" Resident Directory that I am aware of. I have lived in B-Lands since 95.

The Broadlands website states they accumulate names and addresses for a resident directory which should be available to every homeowner in the Broadlands HOA.

This would be only available to residents of Broadlands. Thank you.

Perhaps this is one of those "things" we should consider doing?

We used to have one a long time ago, but I think a neighbor put it together. Not sure, sorry...

This is a statement from the privacy policy I believe you are referencing.

The community has not setup a resident directory. Feel free to post a thread looking for interested parties, and they can contact you directly. There are also existing threads on similar groups you can reach out to.

The schools produce one each year. It the HOA does not keep one. It would be almost impossible to keep up to date and accurate

Why go through all the trouble and create a directory, instead just do it the old fashion way and setup a Facebook group page. All kidding aside, by the time you get a directory going people will move and we get new neighbors. A Facebook group would be nice. A great way to communicate wth all your neighbors and hoodmates! I'd "LIKE" it.

Perhaps we have a "techie" in the neighborhood who would like to undertake this task. I work at Lansdowne and we are captives of Open Band...stuck in the dark ages of no wireless...and a service that bips in and out constantly...does not lend itself to someone building a page in their spare time.

It really would be nice. My old neighborhood had one and they updated it every year. It was a MUCH smaller neighborhood than Broadlands, but still - - - it was nice that even if you hadn't met the people you could call or email them and say "hey, I saw someone peeking into your windows while I was walking the dog" or "I saw you did some new landscaping, it looks beautiful." I felt that it built a sense of neighborliness. People work, have activities, etc., so it's not as easy to just walk up, chat with people sitting on their porches or ring the doorbell anymore. I was really hoping for one when I moved here.
