New Restaurant in Pacific Lot (Sterling)?

    Does anyone know what is going to take the place of Pacific in Sterling (now demolished)? Info has been posted, just haven't seen it myself.

    Ah thank you! Better venue for them, although we went once and found it over-priced and noisy - and the service from management was the worst I've experienced in Loudoun. Hopefully a larger venue will help - at least with the noise levels. But it seems they are doing something right!

    Rumor has it that Dogfish Head is opening a Resturant in the Target shopping center in Sterling, anyone know if this is confirmed? Besides their wonderful beer, I am also addicted to their chili nachos...

    According to the Loudoun Times newspaper in April, the new place to occupy where That's Amore was is Bistro Bistro. I didn't see anything about Dogfish Head except that they opened I think last fall in 7 Corners near Falls Church.

    Also, apparently the Dogfish Head in Chantilly is hiring. I don't know if they're open yet but they have a hiring listing on Craigslist. A Dogfish page on Facebook says July.
