Anyone out there know what the original paint colors were that Van Metre used for ceilings, moulding and baseboards in the Southern Walk homes?

I need to do some touch up work so any help would be appreciated. I'm not the original homeowner so I didn't get any touch up kit.

    Thanks!

Hi - We did some research a few years ago to repaint a lot of our Southern Walk single-family house when we moved in. My husband emailed Van Metre, and this is what he was told.

Walls were Moon Mist and trim was Colonial White made by McCormick. Carpet Brand was Shaw. I have no idea of the color.

We've found a couple of McCormick paint stores around the area, so hopefully these are the colors you need, too. They matched for our house. However, after talking with my husband, he thinks maybe the Colonial White was the outside trim. We bought the Colonial White, and when we painted the closet doors, it wasn't an exact match. He thinks something like "Designer White" is more the inside trim. It's their Tempo line of paints.

    Good luck!
    Mindy :)

It is Designer White for the trim! I could always remember Moonmist....but drew a blank on the semi-gloss one for the trim! When we moved last summer, my neighbor loaned me a touch-up can, and it was called Designer White.
