Paintballs strike deputy patrol car (230AM)

    0219 hrs. Ashburn Missile at a Vehicle:

    A deputy was traveling in the area when several paintballs struck their patrol
    vehicle. Deputies canvassed the area and located three suspects. Nicole M. Quigg, 18, of Ashburn, was charged with drunk in public. Christopher R. Pullen, 19, was charged with drunk in public. Shaun A. Randall, 19, was charged with conspiracy to maliciously shoot at an occupied marked law enforcement vehicle and underage possession of alcohol. Investigation continues, deputies are working to identify two other suspects involved in incident.

    All three suspects charged are from Ashburn and remain held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center.

    I guess it's true what they say about criminals and being smart...
