Doesn’t surprise me that OWNER would respond that he’s following contractual obligations- I bet he is out of touch with reality or doesn’t want to follow it so he can cut corners to save a buck or two-

I am betting my money that they will try to low bid in order to win the work and same crap keeps on going- If it was up to me, I wouldn’t allow them to bid at all since I don’t trust them.

 

Same thing happened to me and I actually watched them do it. I walked out as they were coming back up the cul-de-sac and thanked them. Was never a problem after that, but I watch them every time now.

 

Why thank them for throwing garbage bin upside down? A friend of mine in another HOA with same Patriot company had same issue as I did too- we were like WTF are they doing? It’s more work for us to flip it back upright!!! Pretty dumb of them-
