Found! Photo Collage Found in Road

    Photo collage in frame found in the road - Chickacoan Trail & Truro Parish Drive glass was all broken (cleaned up as best I could) but the frame and photos are intact - photos labeled Jake Allen and Chris Allen his father. Anyone know either party please let them know the photo collage will be dropped off at the community center on Tuesday.
