How closely do the pool pass photos need to resemble the owner of the pass? My kids' passes were issued six years ago (I think? Is that when they first came out?) and they've grown up quite a lot since then. My high school son in particular doesn't much look like the kid he was in the photo.

I was checking the 2012 pool rules and it says that if I just want a new pass because of the photo, then it will cost $7.00 each. I don't care about letting them use the old pictures, I just want to make sure they won't be denied entrance.

If you get your pics taken before the season starts they should not cost you anything. The $7 cost is for anyone that has lost their cards during the season. At least that is the way it use to be, as it is much better to get those pics updated!

There is no charge for a new photo for your child if the current one is obviously out of date and if taken prior to the pool opening. If the photo is current (i.e. taken within the last year or two and obviously recognizable) there is a $7 charge. There is a $5 charge to reprint lost passes after May 26th and a $7 charge to retake photos and print new passes after May 26th if the photo is current.

We are new homeowners and somehow managed to miss all of the pool photo sessions. What do we do now? Do we need to call and arrange for photos or just go any time to the Nature Center. Any advice is appreciated!

Stop by the Nature Center Mon-Fri, 9 am to 5 pm to get a replacement (Cost: $5). New residents receive passes at no charge.

I thought they were free before May 26?
