[?] Can we as soon to be Southern Walk Homeowners get a pool pass? Our home isn't going to be ready until "Mid-July" but we're currently living with family in Broadlands. How can we make use of the pools? I think only one guest pass was given out and it isn't unlimited so it's not that great of a help.

    Thanks
    Jen & Tim

Good question, I have never seen this brought up before. I think your best bet would be to drop by the Nature Center with all of your proof that you are moving in and talk to Wes and the other HOA folks there.

    Jen & Tim,

Not sure, but I think you can get pool passes as soon as you start paying HOA dues. Until then, I think you will have to wait...

I might be wrong about this, but it seems to be the only logical answer...

What is the cost of a pool for a family of three?

    To JenTimC-
If you are staying with a Broadlands resident, they can purchase additional guest passes from the HOA. I believe the cost is $1 per guest pass visit.
    Wick-
If you are not a Broadlands resident, you can not get a pool pass. We (the HOA) does not sell outside memberships for our pools.

You can have my guess pass. I never use it. None of my friends want to come see me. I feel so loney :) PM me if you want it. teak@cowpie.acm.vt.edu
