    Does anyone know what will be going across from Broadlands Blvd on Belmont Ridge? Sign says "Preserve at Goose Creek".

    The usual....houses and townhouses. It was approved several years ago.

    Will it also have a shopping plaza with a supermarket, nail salon, 24 hour gym, dry cleaner, a bank, and a Starbucks?
