Need Advice Recommendations for carpet and air duct cleaning

Can anyone recommend companies for carpet and air duct cleaning? Preferably eco-friendly/low chemical on the carpet cleaning (we have a toddler and pets, and I'm pregnant). I've seen a lot of companies running specials for air duct cleaning, but does anyone have a preference? Our house is 10 years old, though we've only lived here 1 year, and I really doubt the ducts were ever cleaned. My allergies are driving me nuts every time I go into our bedroom, so I'm hoping this will help.

Oxifresh (oxifresh.com) did our carpet a few months ago and I was very pleased. Their process used so little water that they could do rugs right on top of hardwood (though I admit I was apprehensive despite their assurances --- but they were right). The most amazing, though, was the bedroom we had been using as the kids' hang out, with who knows what smashed and splashed around the carpeting. It was actually clean! I truly expected to have at least faint stains in there, but they got every one of them out.
