We've lived here for almost four years and this will be the 3rd time I've recommended someone. We are selling our house and the carpet in one of our bedrooms, now being used as an office, looked like it surely needed replacement. Even though it is not a heavy trafficked area, it was badly stained (I'm thinking hubby spilling coffee, but that's just me) Anyway, our realtor told us to get all of the 4 of the 5 bedrooms upstairs (one is hardwoods) cleaned and then we could make a decision on replacing. Well I called up her recommendation, Dave Whritenour, of OxiFresh Carpet Cleaning (703-743-3050 or 703-963-2995 or dave@oxifreshva.com) to ask him how much, when, blah, blah. That was last Friday. Upon his recommendation, we waiting until some painting was completed this week. The appt was scheduled for 10:00, wow, he was on time. Good start. Anyway, to keep this from turning into a novel...we do not have to replace the carpet in that bedroom or any of the other rooms. All stains were taken out, steps leading upstairs, everything looks brand new. The price was great too! The company, OxiFresh, is a 'green' company and it was quick drying too. Thumbs up for saving us big time!!! This one is a keeper.
