    ChrisL, I believe that Saul owns that plaza as well, which is what Chsalas meant... Since Saul also owns the Broadlands Center plaza with the Safeway, it's pretty safe to assume they're raising rents here also...

    I know... they own all the overpriced centers in ashburn :D

    That's not to say they own all the centers... just the overpriced ones ;) (My wife's a realtor!... with Weichert in the Broadlands center)

    Seems very counterproductive to raise rents in a down economy. I would think SOME rent is better than NO rent. FOOLS!
