Rommates Wanted !

My friend is looking for roommates in Bristow area (5 minutes from the heart of Manassas). Please pass this along if you know of someone who's looking for a place to rent in that area.

2 bedrooms available with private bathrooms with each bedrooms.
It's a brand new townhouse (my friend just moved in during this Thanksgiving weekend).
The rent will be $550/month for each room with $250 security deposit which will be returned at move-out.
No Pets/childrens allowed.
Non-smoker but outside smoking is permitted.
Bedrooms won't be furnished but other areas such as, family room, kitchen, loundary facility and livingroom will be fully furnished and renters are welcomed to share the area with the landlord.
