    Interested in learning some techniques to better protect yourself? A class is being offered to those interested at the Fitness First gym in Leesburg Sat, Dec. 5th. Learn some helpful techniques by a trained martial arts expert. Cost is $50 per person. A two hour session. If interested please contact me by Tuesday for more details, arabena@comcast.net
