Short term Nanny/regular babysitter needed

I need to travel out of the country for work for 60 days in April and my husband works shift work. We are looking for a Nanny/babysitter who would be willing to help out 4-5 days/evenings a week (some weekends) based on my husbands rotating schedule.

He/She would need their own transportation to pick up our son from daycare (in Brambleton) about 4-4:30 and bring him to our house, play, feed, bathe and put him to bed around 8:30 then sit until hubby gets home about midnight. There may be some daytime work depending on his rotating schedule so flexibility is a must.

Prior to my departure and after my return mid June we would ultimately like to continue to use this person as our regular babysitter. At least once weekly.

Does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions to how I go about finding a person that may be available for this?
We live in Leesburg off Evergreen mills road (but is about 6 miles from Brambleton).
