Wanted Short-Term Rental

    Short-Term Rental Wanted

    Hi, my family is in-between homes and looking for short-term rental, whether it is a condo, TH or SFH (unfurnished). Does not need to be in the broadlands area but I do want to stay close to Ashburn.

    It is pretty hard to find such listing with commercial apartments. I know broadlands apartment provides short-term lease but they only offer it to people who are purchasing a Van Metre Home. I was quite disappointed. Anyway, if you know someone who rents short-term during winter time please let me know! My minimum requirements are: 3 months+ lease from November - February or later, at least 2 bedrooms 2 baths, has washer/dryer/full kitchen, accepts cats (I have 1 cat).

    The apartments next to safeway accommodated us for very similar needs. Short term, allowed a cat, 2 bedroom.. and I think there was 2 baths.. I forget :)
