    Does anyone know what the signs along Claiborne mean? It reads like someone celebrating something that was survived.

    If you turn off Claiborne onto Vestals....more signs.....someone must have received a clean bill of health after fighting cancer. You can't get any better news.

    A neighborhood teen had her last day of chemo on Christmas Eve. They are to celebrate cancer free and end of treatment.
