    We consider forum topics based on the demand and need as seen by traffic and feedback. Right now, the 'general' forum would be the 'catch all' place. We'd prefer not to have a million subtopics.

    We don't have a chit-chat or rant forum though. Personal banterings can go on your personal blog :)
