The case record is now under her maiden name? I thought it was under cotti before...

I guess I don't understand the legal system how a case gets dismissed after judgement....

Why was the community litigation not managed by the same standard?

Personal litigation: Hire a better attorney immediately after the first failure.
Community Litigation: Keep the same attorneys even after repeated failures in the court.

Maiden name? Is that an attempt to muddy the past due to her future political aspirations?

As for the legal system, CAPS conspiracy theory is not so far fetched after all.

Forget politics... just life in general. Most people aren't going to go case searching on your past names unless doing a real background check. I could have sworn it was under the married name before.. I guess someone with the access to the court filings can look it up... paging @stevensrmiller :)

If the name was changed.. wonder if they'll go for expungement now too to wipe/hide the records.

You know what they say... other people's money.. :)

Me thinks there may be a skeleton or 3 in a closet somewhere to prevent a serious contemplation to run for any political office outside of an HOA.
