Tree Replacement

    I live on Welby Terrace where the builder put in maple trees in the small front yards of all the town houses. I have roots running all over the area now and am worried about the roots getting into the septic/water lines. I would like to replace the tree with something like a small flowering cherry.

    Is it required to submit to the Modifications Committee to do this?
