I figured I would post this in case others have the same issue....with all of the rain the seal around the main conduits in to our home gave way and water seaped in....We ended up having water inside our main circuit box...we wouldnt have even known it except one of the breakers (for the outside lamp post) gave way.

Needless to say, upon further examination we found water on the board under the box and have come to the conclusion that the putty around the main conduit in to our home must have let some water in.

    Scary!!

Is it a putty seal? I thought there was a secondary seal under the putty.

I am not sure what is under the putty..in the morning we are giong to have it worked on. However, there are no pipes there, the concrete underneath isnt wet but inside the box is soaked.... I have to think it was coming through there
