Everyone please extend a warm welcome to Christine and Joe. They bought the home I had listed on Middle Ridge Pl. They will be moving in over the weekend.

By the way, I did several open houses at that home and I met a lot of people whom want to move into Broadlands. If your thinking of selling please let me know because I still have a couple of buyers looking for a home here.

    Thanks,

If you can sell my place for what I paid for it, I'll sell today!

Did you buy at the end of 2005?

    Yup :(

On the serious side, I am glad to hear you (and I assume other realtors) are seeing some more activity.

Ya the market is down about 30% plus since the end of 2005. If you had put very little down I could sell it for what it's worth and get the bank to write off the rest! Only if you had to sell...short sales are hard on your credit.
