    Fellow BBQ Foodies--

If you are looking for a GREAT North Carolina Style BBQ--try Willard's Real Pit BBQ in Chantilly, VA located in the strip mall next to the Dulles Expo Center.

For a recent review of Willard's BBQ check out following web site and link.

Willard's does not have a web site as far as I know. Great pulled beef brisket, pulled pork, ribs, etc.

www.chefmoz.org/United_States/VA/Chantilly/Willard's_Real_Pit_BBQ1090496434.html (Chef Moz does reviews all over nations of restaurants, etc.)

    Good eats!!

    Foodie:D

I tried them a year ago. I wasnt that impressed. I find that Famous Daves over in Chantilly is far far better. But everyone's taste is different....

The best carolina bbq I had up there was out of an old school bus that used to set up on the shoulder of Waxpool near 28. Fantastic stuff, but he disappeared one day...dunno where he went.

Dang! I remember that! Back in 1999 I think; he used to be there on weekends by the old houses.

Man, that was some good BBQ...

When it comes to barbeque (and burgers and pizza), it's kind of hard to judge winners and losers since everyone has thier own taste.

Personally, my favorite barbeque meal would be the rib tips appetizer from Famous Dave's and the pork barbeque sandwich from Willard's with a side of potato salad from Dave's and sides of macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes from Williards.

The only bad thing I can say about Williard's is that if you don't get there before the lunch rush, the line will be out the door.
