XM receiver with many extras

Have a first generation, Sony XM receiver with multiple docking stations (two for the cars, one for the house) multiple antennas, remotes etc..

I'm in a rental...owner wants to put it on the market for much more than the market says it's worth. He doesn't live here so he's slightly out of touch. I'm not spending $650K on a house that's worth $500K in this market!

The house would be great if he was asking a reasonable price despite all the mechanical work the house needs.
