    Hello!

I'm curious to know what kind of waste bags everyone uses to dispose of their yard waste. We just moved into the neighborhood and read that Patriot Disposal will only pick up yard waste in biodegradable bags or separate, specifically labelled containers. I know it will be better for the environment in the long run if we buy a tote for yard waste, but I think my only concern is how much space it will take up (our trash and recycling containers are already large enough!).

For those using biodegradable bags, where is the most economical place to purchase them?
Are most people just using containers? Should we just pull the trigger and buy one of those?

Thanks in advance for your responses! :)

I bought 2 round containers for yard waste a few years ago as they are easier to manage, maybe $10 ea at lowes

Costco has great prices on paper yard bags I think I saw them recently 25/$7

Depends on the time of year. We have a big plastic trash can we use for yard waste most of the year. In the fall though, I'll buy a bunch of yard waste bags at Home Depot to put all the leaves in because I'll fill up 8 or so bags.
